Privacy Policy

Your vectors flow through our service and out to your destination. We process them, we don't keep them. Your data is yours.
1. What We Collect
1.1 Account Data
When you create an account (via Google or email), we store:

What we do NOT store:
- Your email address
- Your name
- Your payment card details (Stripe handles all payments)
- Any vectors or embeddings you process
- Any text or documents you upload
1.2 Authentication
Authentication is handled by Firebase. Firebase may store your email and profile information per Firebase Privacy Policy. We only receive and use your Firebase User ID (uid) - a random string.
1.3 Payment Data
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your credit card information. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
2. Your Vectors (The Important Part)
When you use the 82d API:
- Your vectors arrive via HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
- They are processed in encrypted RAM (GCP Confidential Computing)
- The 82D output is returned to you or sent to your destination
- Your data is immediately discarded from memory
We do not:
- Log your vectors
- Store your vectors anywhere
- Train on your data
- Share your data with anyone
- Analyze the content of your embeddings
3. Our Projection Matrix (W)
The mathematical transformation matrix (W) used to project vectors is our intellectual property. It:
- Is stored encrypted at rest (GCP Secret Manager + CMEK)
- Is processed only in encrypted RAM (Confidential VM)
- Never leaves our infrastructure
- Contains no customer data
4. Data Retention

5. Infrastructure & Security
We operate on Google Cloud Platform with:
- Confidential Computing: AMD SEV encrypts data in RAM
- CMEK: We hold our own encryption keys (not Google)
- Cloud Run: Stateless, scales to zero when idle
- No persistent storage: No database of customer vectors
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Delete your account: Email [email protected] - we delete your uid and credit balance
- Export your data: There's nothing to export (we don't store your vectors)
- Know what we have: Just your uid and credits - visible in your dashboard
7. GDPR & California Privacy
For EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) residents:
- We are a data processor, not controller, for your vectors
- We do not sell personal information
- We do not use cookies for tracking (only Firebase session)
